Visit portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/atandtistel to register today.
You can use the Online Portal to gain access to all sorts of information about your pension, including a summary of your pension benefits. You’ll also be able to update your personal and beneficiary details quickly.
Update your details
Change your postal address, email address, or phone number by signing in to your online account and select ‘Personal Details' from the menu.
Change your name
Please mail to us:
- a completed ‘change of name’ form downloaded from your account
- your original marriage certificate or deed poll (we’ll send this back to you by recorded post, usually 3 working days after receiving it)
Tell us who you want to receive benefits when you die
Complete an online expression of wish form in your account.
Change your bank account
Sign in to your account and select ‘contact us' from the menu.
Then send us a message with:
- a completed ‘change of bank details’ form downloaded from your account
- a scan of a letter or statement from your new bank that shows your name, account number and sort code
View payslips and P60s
You can view and download pension payslips and P60s in your account.
Ask for a retirement quote or transfer value
To ask for a quote, sign in to your account and select ‘contact us' from the menu.
We’ll send you an email or a text when your quote is available. You can view your quote in your account.
Tell us that someone has died
The quickest way to tell us that someone has died is to fill in our online bereavement form.
